Tips for summer beauty #6063

It´s summertime! But you have to know that sun can dry out and damage your skin and hair! Fruits can help your body. For example raspberries, blueberries and strawberries are good for your skin and can replenish fluids from water loss. Plus, they are rich in antioxidants and Vitamin C.

Smart food choices will keep your waistline healthy #6064

First of all you should drink at least 2 lt of water per day. Choose a variety of grains daily, especially whole grains. Choose a variety of fruits and vegetables too. To save additional calories and fat, choose lower fat dairy products and lean sources of protein available in your supermarket. Decrease the amount of fat you add during cooking and at the table and choose lower-fat versions of your favorite foods. Be sure to include a variety of other nutrient-rich foods from each food group!

Add a dash of lemon or vinegar to your foods. Increasing the sourness of a dish is a way to appease your salty taste buds.

Very Unhealthy #1798

I wonder why so many people eat corn and mashed potatoes together. I was always taught that was very unhealthy to eat them together because they are both starches. You should always have a green vegetable along with a starchy one to be healthy.
