Discard the cotton from a medicine bottle #4597
Remove the cotton from the top of a medicine bottle, especially if it’s something the whole family shares, like aspirin. When you touch the cotton, you leave germs the next person can pick up.

Never give aspirin to children or teens unless your doctor recommends that you do so; it can cause Reye’s syndrome, a rare but often fatal disease.

Black Tea #5351
A study at the University of Berlin revealed that women who drank about 17 ounces of black tea had significant improvement in their blood vessels’ ability to relax and expand, but those who drank the same amount of tea with added milk had no improvements at all.
