Basil Rosemary Oil
Use one quart of extra virgin olive oil, one handful of basil leaves, and a few sprigs of rosemary. Place the oil and the basil leaves into a saucepan over low heat for about 20 minutes. Do not boil the mixture. Then strain the mixture into sterilized bottles along with the rosemary. Refrigerate after using for the first time.

DON'T LET ONIONS BRING YOU TO TEARS #1408
If you don't want to cry when you have to cut onions, after you peel the onion leave the base intact, cutting from the top up to just before the base. Stick to this and you need never shed another onion tear.
