Ink Stains on leather #6612
To remove the stains, saturate a clean washcloth in milk, and then use it to blot the spots. Enzymes in milk will help break down the ink without damaging the leather, so you can wipe off the ink with ease.

Selecting healthy bread #6017
When selecting bread, read product labels to make sure you know what you are buying. Look for breads that list the “whole” grain as the first ingredient, such as whole wheat, white whole wheat or whole oats. If the label does not say “whole” first, it is not a wholegrain product.

Eco-cleaner for Microwave #6079
Mix together, lemon juice, lemon slices, grated lemon peel, and water in a microwaveable bowl. Heat on high until the mixture boils. Once it cools, wipe down the inside with a damp cloth.

Storing silver away #6086
A few pieces of chalk in the storage drawer will absorb excess moisture, slowing oxidation (or tarnishing) and reducing the mount of chemicals you will need to polish those spoons and knives next time.
