Drink coffee for longer life #6516
According to a recent Harvard study people who drank three to five cups of regular or decaf coffee per day had 15% lower chance of death from diabetes and heart disease than those who didn’t. Coffee contains certain compounds that may reduce insulin resistance and inflammation-yet what you put in your mug matters. Black coffee is best and it takes about two weeks to get used to coffee without sugar, but after that, you’ll likely enjoy it unsweetened.

Food poisoning #6154
Heat is not enough: Have you ever stuck leftover back in the fridge after sat out too long, thinking they would be “fine” once reheated? Think again. Reheating food properly is important for destroying bacteria. But reheating does not destroy any toxins that the bacteria already produced. Often, it’s those toxins that cause food poisoning symptoms. So if in doubt, throw it out! As a rule, don’t eat any food that has been kept between 40°F and 140°F for more than 2 hours.

Hair Fall Solution #6155
To strengthen hair make a paste of ground mustard seeds (black or yellow)and water and apply generously to the roots. Leave for a couple of hours, wash hair as usual. Do this once a week. The first time there will be a burning sensation, which is normal it will eventually go away. It is important to grind the seeds in a dry mill at home - do not use mustard powder. This is tried and tested. This remedy not only controls hair fall but also promotes new hair growth.
