Freezing summer berries for winter enjoyment. #2565
Distribute the berries on a cookie sheet and put them in the freezer. Once frozen, stored them in a freezer container. They will not stick together and you will be able to use just what you need without defrosting the rest.

Paper thin #348
Use parchment paper on your pans instead of greasing or oiling them. The food will not stick to the pan and you will not have all those unwanted fat and calories to your diet.
