Chocolate is good for your health! #6060
Usually we eat chocolate when we are sad, happy or just as a snack but chocolate is much more than just sugar. It´s also a very important antioxidant and is good for your health. The main ingredient of chocolate is cocoa and this is the source of chocolate's antioxidant properties so try to look for dark (bitter) chocolate. You can find up to 80% cacao to maximize the antioxidant benefits. Avoid milk chocolate; it is higher in fat and calories!
