Making time for meditation #6068

Choosing the best time for meditation depends of your daily activities, but usually early morning is a good bet. It is quieter, your mind is not filled with the usual clutter, and there is less of a chance you will be disturbed. Make it a habit to get up half an hour earlier than you need to so you can meditate. Being consistent is the objective. So it´s better if you practice half an hour or even fifteen minutes each day than one hour just once in a week.
