Ease Congestion #113
If congested, slip into a warm bath scented with 6 drops of lavender oil, 6 drops of eucalyptus oil, or a few tea bags of hops to ease your misery. The lavender and hops relaxes your aching muscles and the eucalyptus opens up your nasal passages.

Hot Lips #433
All chili peppers offer antioxidant nutrients, but the hotter the chili the more capsaicin is received by your body. Capsaicin is helpful in blocking the chemical that transmits pain signals to the nervous system, and it also helps soothe your mind by releasing mood enhancing endorphins into the brain. The chili peppers that are the mildest are: Spanish pimentos, Anaheim & Hugarian cherry peppers. The most mouth burnig peppers are: Scotch bonnet and habanero peppers. If you want something inbetween pop a jalapeño in your next salsa.

Avoiding Back Pain #284
Your posture and balance will change as your belly grows during pregnancy. The following are a few tips to prevent backaches:
Keep tabs on your posture, making sure that you are standing straight up and not hunched over.
Wear flat shoes that are comfortable and give support.
When lifting, bend from the knee and not your back.
Try not to sit or stand for long periods of time. If you can not avoid this situation take small breaks (get up and walk around or sit down and rest a bit).
