Impossible #3843
Impossible is just a big word thrown around by some small people who find it easier to live in the world they've been given than to explore the power they have to change it. Impossible is not a fact. It’s an opinion. Impossible is temporary. IT IS NO-THING.

Breathe deeply #6617
Focused belly breathing lowers levels of cortisol, a stress hormone that feeds the growth of harmful gut bacteria, says Travis Stork, M.D. Harvard researchers say the practice instantly lowers blood pressure and cuts the risk of chronic stress by 67%. So when stress hits breathe in slowly through your nose, allowing your chest and lower belly to rise as you fill your lungs, and then exhale slowly through your mouth, repeat 5 to 10 times.
