Overwhelmed by stress? #4801
Take a mental health minute break
Close your eyes and pictures yourself at your favorite nature location.
A park, a beach, a forest, a river.
Write down three things you are thankful for today.
Sing along with one of your favorite songs.
Open a window and breathe in the fresh air.
Take a 10-minute snooze.
Identify and “let go” of one nagging negative thought.

Ultimate Stress Management Tip! #1910
Stress is simply the result of arguing against "what is". In other words, making what "does not" exist (except in imagination) more important than what does exist, which is your present experience. Look at or feel what is happening "as if" you've never seen or experienced it before. Refrain from trying to change, improve, or avoid it in anyway. Unreservedly welcome it and you will see that not only does it undergo a wonderful transformation, you will discover your True Nature which is always already ever presently serene, whole, capable, and compassionate.
