The best technique to sell anything of value! #31
The greatest way to sell is to buy first! Are you planning on selling your car, home or anything above $500? The first step is for you to go shopping for the very item that you are buying. Pick up the paper where you intent to advertise, or any other medium available where someone can publicize the sale of a similar article. Call your competitors to see what they are offering? What features do they have? At what price? By how much are they willing to lower their price? There is no better way than this to arrive to the perfect price that you should charge for a quick sale. If the timing is right, you may in fact obtain a higher price than what you had in mind. During your sale process make sure that you keep checking to see if new sellers appear in your market and either adjust your price accordingly or at times, if your competitors' price is too low you may want to wait and suspend your ad until they sell.

Smart shopping at the grocery store... #6051
The best way to shop is alone. "Helpers" will only add to the grocery cart. The most expensive brands are at eye level to get your attention, so look at the higher and lower shelves for bargains or alternative items. Ask staff rather than wasting time looking for items or better deals and charge your purchases to your credit cards to get air miles/rewards.

Be careful when shopping for clothing #6045
Before going to the mall be honest with what’s really missing in your closet and how much you can realistically spend. Once you get there take your time in the stores so you can make the right decision. Don't rush! Focus on the clothes you really need, a good idea is to go shopping alone so you can avoid the distraction of friends. Remember that clothes shopping should be an investment so it´s better to buy high quality clothes that will last for many years.

Be careful when shopping online! #6046
Make sure that you are shopping on secure Web Sites. An easy way to find out is to look at the top of your screen where the Web site address is displayed, you should see https://. The "s" that is displayed after "http" indicates that Web site is secure. Often, you do not see the "s" until you move to the order page on the Web site. The safest way to shop online is with a credit card. It's recommended to have one credit card that you use only for online payments to make it easier to detect wrongful credit charges. Another thing to consider is passwords. The best passwords have at least eight characters and include numbers and letters!
