True Compassion #5649
If we only practice compassion on the mind level, we run a great risk of our compassion being just talk. As we know, talk is cheap. To develop true compassion we have to put our money where our mouth is.

Meditation is a daily practice, if you want to feel it´s benefits you should practice every day. To make this easier choose a calm place in your house or garden and make it your place for meditation. This will help your body get used to it and it will be easier for you to free your mind.
